Kristie Gordon became a real estate agent in 2004 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2019. Her focus is on the Uptown and Carrollton areas, and she loves working with first time buyers to find the right home that matches their wants and needs. She’s also skilled at helping sellers prepare, organize and stage a home to showcase its best features.
Kristie’s educational and work background is in accounting, finance and asset management. She honed her financial skills while working at KPMG, one of the big 5 accounting firms, and then moved on to managing a portfolio of commercial real estate valued at over $500 million at one of the largest private equity firms, The Carlyle Group. It was after the purchase of her own first home that Kristie realized she loved the home buying and selling process and made the move. With experience in commercial real estate and a deep understanding of financing options, she became a realtor in 2004.
Known by clients as kind, honest and analytical, Kristie loves the process of exploring neighborhoods, comparing and contrasting homes, and finding the best deal. And she says there’s no better feeling than handing over the keys to a first time home buyer. Says one client: “Kristie is a gem among realtors. When Kristie isn’t working, she’s spending time with her husband and two children, hanging out with friends, or getting ready for Mardi Gras by decorating purses for the Krewe of Nyx.
