Tracey Moore

We think Tracey is an excellent broker. She offers sound advice and is super quick to find solutions to get a home ready for sale. She continually helped us to identify trusted service people and professionals, even helping to ensure they came out in a timely manner. She also moved very quickly with measurements, photos, and marketing all in a very professional and confident manner. She leveraged local sales data to help inform our decision for a list price and even negotiation. We appreciated the knowledge, dedication, and hard work that Tracey brought to our home selling process. Beyond the technical skills and ability, Tracey is just a fun and nice person to work with. You end up spending a lot of time with your broker and we always felt very comfortable with her and were never worried when she needed to show the house quickly.

Julia McNabb Kaufman, formerly in NOLA and now in Austin (Seller)

Tracey Moore became a real estate agent in 2003 and started Wirth Moore Realty in
2005, diligently building it into one the most successful boutique real estate
brokerages in the city.

In 2018, in order to offer agile, unparalleled service, cutting-
edge marketing and design resources, and the latest in seamless technology -- she
joined forces with three additional top producers to form Reve | Realtors.

For 2016, 2017 and 2018, Moore ranked in the Top 1% of all realtors in the Greater
New Orleans area and is proud to have a 92% repeat and referral rate.

Moore’s background is as varied and interesting as she is. Raised in New Orleans,
she graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal School and Louisiana State University.

Adventurous and ambitious, she moved to New York and worked a whole host of
quirky jobs, including as a driver for a celebrated interior designer, manager of a
Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store, personal assistant to famous actors, and dog trainer to
the stars. She also worked with hair & makeup artists and at Calvin Klein’s in-house
advertising agency. But New Orleans lured her home in 2002, and soon after, she
began selling real estate.

For generations, Moore’s family had invested in real estate
across the city, from homes in Old Metairie to hotels in the Central Business District.
In fact, the former Wirth building on Canal St. was developed by her great-
grandfather – and she realized that a life in real estate was in her blood.

Tenacious, gregarious and always on, Moore claims (and her friends and family can
attest) that she has no off button. Her lifelong connections allow her to network in
such a way that she knows which properties are going to be available before they’re
on the market. Because she’s out and about, she hears about deals at dinners and
parties, is always in search of information that benefits her clients, and makes deals
happen.

A persistent researcher, she relishes tracking down specific styles and
properties; she helped one client find his dream mid-century modern home, even
though it wasn’t on the market -- because she knew the owner would be amenable
to selling.

Another client half-jokingly warns, “Don’t call Tracey Moore until you’re
ready – because she’s like a dog with a bone.”

From first-time home buyers and large investors to multi-unit complexes and historic luxury homes, Moore loves them all. A skilled negotiator and experienced communicator, she’s committed to the well-being of her clients and her community, giving back a portion of every commission she earns to local charities and non-profit organizations.

Moore has a large circle of friends that she enjoys socializing with (including an awful lot of clients who have become friends), and her passions outside of work include the Saints, the Saints, and oh yeah, the Saints.
